The Education Centre at the Aquaria KLCC in Kuala Lumpur is now open. Visitors can learn about the marine life of Malaysia’s Mersing Island, seahorses, coral reefs, and much more. Admission to the Education Centre is complimentary and it is open from 11am to 8pm daily. Admission to the full Aquaria KLCC is MYR35 (USD11) for adults and MYR25 (USD8) for children age 3 – 12.
Aquaria KLCC is a underwater park attached to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and Suria KLCC Mall. The aquaria houses over 250 species of fish, turtles, and aquatic animals from around the world. Highlights include the otter exhibit, feeding time demonstrations, and a 90-meter glass viewing tunnel where you can see sharks and manta rays. The Education Centre is a new addition and aims to educate visitors about Malaysia’s coral reefs and aquatic animals.
